Job Role:

As the Bike Workshop Manager at the Bristol shop you will be key to the realisation of those ambitions. A Bike Workshop Manager is required to effectively manage the business and staff team, to improve sales, customer experience and profitability. This role includes staff, operations and financial management with a strong focus on sales and excellent customer service, as well as getting involved in bike servicing and refurbishment.
