£15 p/h + pension + training
Our client is a well established 30 bed nursing home based in Mapperley, Nottingham currently recruiting for a qualified Registered General Nurse to join their team.
Joining a highly experienced team of six nurses you will ideally have previous experience within a care home or dementia care setting. The care home ensures to provide individual care with respect to privacy, dignity and security and pride themselves in providing the kind of care that only a family can give.
Position Summary;
As Registered General Nurse your daily duties and responsibilities will include an array of tasks including;
• Medication rounds
• Reviewing care plans and risk assessments
• Clinical management of wounds
• Liaison and support within a multi disciplinary team
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will hold the required qualifications and experience to undertake this role including;
• Fully qualified Registered General Nurse, at least 12 months post qualification
• Experience within a nursing home / dementia care environment is advantageous but not essential
• Friendly, empathetic and a genuine care for the wellbeing of the elderly is essential
