Site Manager - Residential Project
Head Office Bournemouth
Site: 60 Residential units - Basingstoke - Start on site February 2017
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing main contractor where you will be responsible for building 60 residential units in Basingstoke.
A small but successful main contactor is well situated as it works closely with its sister company who is a respected chartered surveyors and project management consultancy .
Description
The site is in it's early stages and is an exceptional chance for a really strong candidate to come and put there marker on the scheme and the company. There is a great chance to progress within the organisation, and the applicant will be reporting to the Contracts Manager.
Profile
The Successful applicant must have:
SMSTS
FIRST AID
CSCS CARD
Run a traditional construction development as a number one.
Must have a residential site experience.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with an ability to think outside the box.
