Due to growth two positions are available for enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Executives to join a well-established global sourcing company supplying PC and media accessories to various industries. Based in Halesowen the successful Telesales Executive will earn £18,000 - £21,000, dependent on experience, with an excellent uncapped commission structure.

As a Telesales Executive you will be a key member of the team, aiding in the company's growth, building new business opportunities through existing clients and generating leads to provide new business opportunities. Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, your main responsibilities as a Telesales Executive will include:

- Developing new business, identifying sales opportunities and sourcing leads
- Managing your own sales activity, closely and effectively monitoring your own accounts
- Growing and managing your own client portfolio
- Achieving and exceeding monthly targets
- 10 CPH - Required minimum Calls per Hour
- Minimum of 3-5 new companies to be set-up and ordering per month
- Having a clear understanding of the company products and being able to communicate the features and benefits to customers
- Updating and maintaining our bespoke customer database

A successful Telesales Executive will have extensive experience in a similar account management role and be able to provide examples of such. You must have an enthusiastic and driven attitude towards sales and meeting targets. In addition you will possess the following skills and experience:

- At least 2 years account management experience required
- Demonstrable sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enthusiastic, outgoing and friendly personality
- Clear and professional telephone manner
- Motivation and drive towards exceeding commission and targets
- Self-management for both time and priorities
- An ability to work and remain calm in pressurised situations
- Excellent diary management and overall organisational skills
