Role: Business Development Executive
Reporting to: The CEO

This FX Brokerage is seeking an exceptional Business Development Executive to join its sales team. This person will be responsible for onboarding new clients. They are looking for a true market professional with significant sales and marketing experience to help grow and drive the business. This is an incredibly fast-paced and target driven role. The right candidate will need to demonstrate drive, motivation and exceptional sales abilities.

This company is a privately owned foreign exchange service, providing expertise in currency management. They deliver strategies to a select number of clients, who rely on them to be them to be their partner in navigating international markets through skilled FX forecasting and effective trading techniques.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Enhancing and developing relationships with the existing client base as well as building new contacts and prospects.
- Proactive attitude towards all client relationships.
- In-depth technical product knowledge.
- Converting prospects into active clients
- Sourcing and on-boarding new clients
- Making a high volume of outgoing calls to all leads
- Researching and developing a solid understanding of global financial markets
- Handling the complete sales process
- Converting prospects into active clients
- Educating clients on the concept FX hedging.
- Understanding of corporate risk management and FX best practice
- Understanding of corporate risk management and FX best practice
- Understanding of market fundamentals and macro environment
- Transferable client base preferable

Skills and Experience
- University degree (Class 2:1 or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of foreign exchange products
- Experience of working in sales
- Broad knowledge of solutions for FX
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyse and solve problems quickly
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment.
