Customer Service Agent
You will be the first point of contact for customers and will need to be able to deal with orders, handle enquires and issues promptly and professionally.
Previous knowledge of SAP would be ideal but not essential.
You will be working Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM
The ideal candidate would of had previous experience in a customer service environment which would of included handling a high volume of telephone calls on a daily basis.
You will be responsible for managing own workload in a fast paced environment.
