-Experiencing dealing with business, clients and customers
-Experience in collating data/feedback and creating reports
-Good communication skills

-Previous experience as an Account Manager would be desirable
My client is a software provider who have created a solution that improves their clients reputation and standing in the market with full training you will use their software to improve their brands in the market. With this you will be required to improve customer relationships including retention and growth.
Working with your accounts you will be reporting back to them on data collated using this for continuous improvement. On boarding new clients you will work to pro-actively develop them into longstanding relationships.
