Connect44 are seeking a project Administrator to be based in Warrington with a leading Telecoms vendor. Candidate must possess intermediate Excel skills. Please read the specification below and apply online or send your CV to (see below)

  • Engage with client stakeholders and provide support at monthly internal and external review and governance meetings
  • Manage the on boarding of new staff, and leavers process
  • Update resourcing reports on a weekly basis
  • Manage the monthly employee overtime and annual leave process
  • Manage security access card requests for the project team
  • Assist with the production of financial documents and reports
  • Create Purchase Requisitions using company systems as required
  • Manage the laptop/IT requests for the project team
  • Manage the IT Cyber Security Policy and adherence and represent the Project team at the monthly Cyber Security Steering forum
  • Manage project document sharing site
  • Support ad-hoc tasks required by the organization

Required key skills and experience:

  • Good English oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with a wide variety of people
  • Professional and positive approach
  • Self Motivated
  • PC literate
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook mail, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Data entry/workflow and running reports from Oracle/SAP or other large company finance systems preferred.


  • Good general education.
  • QCF L5, HND/Degree an advantage
