This is an opportunity to join a software company which sells to banks and other large corporates. The company has been recognised by the Evening Standard as 'one of London's hottest techs' and by the Wall Street Journal as 'one of the most useful programs for fraud and investigations'. They currently have offices in London and in New York.

The Recruitment Manager has responsibility for managing all recruitment including sourcing candidates, initial screening, arranging interviews and onboarding. Other HR responsibilities will include conducting quarterly employee survey and ensuring the a productive office environment. The job is full time and based on Old Street in London.

This role is a great opportunity to grow and develop with one of London's hottest technology companies. They are looking for a candidate that can join as a Recruiting Manager and grow into their HR Manager. This is a fantastic role for a dynamic, engaging individual.

Responsibilities

-Overseeing the recruitment of new staff including helping write job descriptions, posting adverts, sourcing and screening candidates, arranging interviews and issuing offer letters
- Identifying and sourcing all new candidates (without using agencies)
- Creating a new employee induction programme
- Issuing quarterly employee survey, collating the results and working with management on actions for the next quarter
- Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
- Ensuring an unending supplies of snacks, drinks, coffee and beer
- Maintaining and improving the condition of the office and arranging necessary repairs

Ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- University degree
- 2 years working in recruiting, including at least one year working inside a company
- Deep expertise in directly sourcing candidate with specific skill sets, ideally tech or computer programming
- Excellent organisation and time manage skills
- Ability to use wide range of software including Google docs
- Capacity to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
- Team player
- Warm and engaging. Ability to engage with employees at all levels in the organisation. Great people skills.
- Ambitious and eager to grow with the company. Our ideal candidate will start as the Recruitment Manager and develop into the HR Manager over the next 12 - 24 months.
