This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established Electrical Contracting business in Fleetwood, who are looking to appoint a full time Admin and Accounts Assistant.

Main Responsibilities

- Reception Duties
- First point of contact answering incoming calls and redirecting as appropriate.
- Sage Processing
- General administration including filing and correspondence.

Personal Skills

- Good written and oral communication skills
- Numerate and computer literate
- Conscientious with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good telephone manner
- Friendly, professional and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast moving environment
- Driving Licence desirable

Qualifications

- Good general education, including GCSE (or equivalent) grades C or above in Maths and English
- Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel are essential
- A working knowledge of certification software Amtech is desirable.
