This Company's growing fast and there's a lot to do around there! They're a start-up company, just over two year's old, with operations in both the UK and the USA and they're already making an enormous impression on the exciting world of advanced 3D scanning systems.

They are currently seeking a full time Administrative Coordinator who can join them at the end of January 2017 to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months.

Based in Chinnor, Oxfordshire, you'll be working in a relaxed environment alongside a friendly, professional team who have passion, ambition and real plans for growth.

The Role

- Main point of contact for answering all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to routine enquiries and re-directing appropriately.
- Secretarial and administrative support to the Management Team, People Operations Manager and Sales to include meeting and greeting visitors, arranging off site meetings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinating the logistics across the company ensuring the timely shipping of goods from overseas manufacturers to the UK/USA, fulfilling customer orders, replacements and returns together with associated customs and shipping paperwork.
- Building facilities management and Health and Safety compliance including updating relevant policies, Fire, First Aid and Office Building safety checks and ensuring the smooth running of the office facilities and safety of staff and visitors.

You
- Proven experience in a previous administrative role handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities
- High level IT Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Gmail) with the ability to manipulate data
- Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
- Personable and presentable
- Customer focussed with the ability to build and maintain rapport with people over the phone and face to face
- Demonstrable organisational ability
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team spirit

If you have an understanding of basic Health and Safety in the workplace and experience of using logistics software (such as Tradegeko or Knack) then so much the better.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK indefinitely.
