As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the effective provision of customer care to the Field Sales Team and their External Customers. Reporting directly to the Customer Services Team Manager you will have responsibility to deliver agreed SLA's, complete tasks as required within this role and maintain an effective working relationship with customers and key internal stakeholders. You will at all times champion business/process improvements and manage change using effective RCI principles.

You will have proven expertise in delivering customer service and be confident with accounting and general Credit Control processes.

They are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, a good telephone manner and a calm approach. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, good attention to detail and have a high level of competency in ICT (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You will be able to prioritise both your own work, often coping with competing deadlines whilst using your own initiative in a variety of situations.
