My client is an established and growing Contractor with a strong reputation built up over the last 20 years on prestigious projects around the UK. The activities of the Company are principally focused on new build hotels, new build offices and often as mixed use projects or as stand-alone buildings. The Person??? • Stronng knowledge of the construction industry • Capable of working long hours • Someone who's able to be shown a job and able to complete on their own. • Own tools an advantage but not essential • The ability to communicate to the highest of standards with the ganger and other team members to ensure an accident-free site is in affect. • Recognised, relevant, trades qualification. • Able to work on own initiative • Able to work on a busy site in Enfield
