The activities of the Company are principally focused on new build hotels, new build offices and often as mixed use projects or as stand-alone buildings. The Person??? • Relevant experience in similar jobs • Capable of working long hours • Adhere to Health & Safety procedures at all times • Has own tools • Keen eye to detail, for high end work • Extensive knowledge and experience of new build projects. • Recognised, relevant, trades qualification. • Able to work on a busy site in Sevenoaks • Able to work on own initiative
