We are expanding our provision and are now seeking committed, reliable, Support Workers to work in Langport. We are looking for a team of people to support one individual living with a mental health disorder. Your role will be to add value and life choice to the individual by being involved within the community and support the individual's active life.
As a Support Worker you must have previous experience working in a similar role with a good knowledge of mental health. An NVQ L2 in health & Social Care is advantageous but not crucial as full training will be provided.
Our client are looking for full and part time Support Workers to work waking night shifts.
Purpose of role:
The Support Worker will provide all necessary support to people living at the service enabling them to live an active and fulfilled life, whilst promoting a happy and friendly environment, incorporating Notaro Homes Ltd ethos, set within the company aims and objectives, company policies and procedures and whilst adhering to CQC regulations/legislations and guidelines.
Essential Criteria:
Experience within a relevant care support setting
- Good communication skills
- Reliable
- Trustworthy
- NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care is advantageous
