As the Customer Care Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the owners of our client’s holiday properties receive a world-class service. 

Growing and overseeing your team, you’ll create an inspirational environment to ensure employees deliver excellent customer service and undertake a forward-thinking approach to problem resolution. 

Supporting the Owner Relationship Manager, you’ll assist with owner satisfaction and retention, and act as an escalation point for any issues. 

Additionally, you’ll ensure the efficient on-boarding of new properties and support your team to enhance the booking and revenue performance of each portfolio. 

To be considered, you must have: 

- Line and performance management experience 
- Experience in a customer-focused role 
- Previous experience of resolving complex customer service issues 

The ideal Customer Care Manager will have an A Level qualification or higher. Experience of CRM, customer service or booking systems would also be advantageous, as would advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
