Inside Sales Executive

An Inside Sales Executive is sought to join this business mailing company based in Southall, Middlesex.

The organisation handles business mail for over 1400 clients in a range of industries including Publishing, Finance, Education and Not-for-Profit. Orders range from £1000 to £100,000.

They are now seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join their expanding sales team. You'll be responsible for the sales process alongside an External Sales Executive, including booking initial appointments and finalising the sale at the end of the project.

The role would suit a motivated sales professional who is looking to progress into either an External Sales or Key Account Management role within an 18-24 month period. Sales and industry training will of course be provided, giving you the skills you need to succeed.

Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Southall
Salary: £25k - £30k basic salary, plus commission, OTE up to £3500 per annum (higher commissions with progression into External Sales roles)

The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for the following:
- Outbound cold and warm calling
- Appointment booking and lead generation
- Utilising a database
- Maintaining a CRM system
- Account management
- Daily use of LinkedIn for resourcing

The ideal Internal Sales Executive will possess the following:
- Experience in a B2B sales role, both setting appointments and finalising sales
- The ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience of using a CRM system (ACT is desirable)
- A tenacious attitude, with the desire for career enhancement
