Our client, a well-established family owned business of over 20 years are currently recruiting for an Experienced and talented Sous Chef.

In this role, you will play a vital role as second in command in a team of 4, for a family run Inn and Restaurant. Our client can offer progression for the ideal candidate as promotion within the business to Senior Chef is a real possibility.

Are you an experienced Sous Chef/ Senior Chef de Partie ready for a new challenge?
Do you have flair, initiative, reliability and excellent organisational skills?

You will be working in the well-equipped kitchen during lunch and evening service, cooking and presenting food to the highest standards and deputising for the head chef as required. You will be required to be competent in all areas of the kitchen, preparing and serving food made in house from fresh ingredients delivered daily. You will also be expected to maintain the highest level of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness with this being your specific area of responsibility.

The position is for an immediate start and the hours are spread over split shifts. This role comes with genuine opportunities for career progression within the business.
