We are a registered charity of over 30 years standing which provides support and care to people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and physical disabilities in the local community.
We require a Support Worker to take an active part in our Sow & Grow / Plants + Horticulture Project which is based in Haslam Park in Preston.
The post holder will be required to work on the horticulture sites within Haslam Park, and provide the opportunity to take part in meaningful day activities to the people whom we support who have an interest in gardening and outdoor work.
Applicants must have experience of working in a horticultural environment and be able to assist with the delivery of a basic horticultural skills programme and be willing to work within Integrate’s service principles which promote independence, well being and dignity.
Disclosure & Barring Service clearance is mandatory for this role as is a full UK driving licence.
Hours: 16 Hours per Week
Salary: £14,465 per Annum pro rata (£7.50 per Hour)
