Our client are the lead agency in a partnership of organisations who are delivering a new programme in Bristol to support people with complex needs relating to homelessness, mental health, drug and alcohol problems and offending.

With an investment of £10 million from the Big Lottery Fund over 8 years, the Golden key Programme provides a unique opportunity to unlock the future for a group of people who are farthest away from services. The programme aims to achieve a lasting impact on Bristol services through cultural and system change.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in translating Bristol's vision and plans into reality.

Golden Key Service Coordinator (Physical Health Lead) - female only.

Duration Permanent Full-time 37 hours per week Salary £23,517 - £25,717 per annum

You (the ideal candidate) will have lots of experience of supporting a caseload of people with multiple and complex needs - you will also have understanding of the physical health issues that could affect this group and the services that would support them. You will have strong communication skills and be confident in building relationships with clients and professionals in a wide range of different contexts. You will be passionate about getting positive outcomes and be able to work creatively to adapt your approach to fit with client need. You will enjoy working in a lively team environment, be prepared to work flexibly and able to respond to the changing needs of a dynamic new programme.

You will be working with a range of agencies to find creative solutions for individuals, assisting and challenging existing practices, share learning, and help influence the way services are designed and delivered in future.
