Commis Chef required for prestigious Hotel, Conference Centre and Members Club.

The Role:

The Commis Chef role works flexibly, providing assistance across all sections of the kitchen.
Ensures the highest standard of cuisine at all times whilst avoiding unnecessary waste.
Follows all Health, Safety and Hygiene Regulations and maintains excellent standards of hygiene.

The Candidate:

The Commis Chef will ideally be qualified to or working towards NVQ level 2 (or equivalent).
Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Have a passion to learn and develop skills across all areas of the kitchen.
Will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.

Terms & Conditions:

39 hours per week on a 5 over 7 shift rota basis including evenings & weekends
Paid annual leave of 20 days plus Bank Holiday entitlement
