Personal Shopper - Gateshead - 16 hrs
Our Personal Shopper service is available in many of our stores and is there to provide a special one to one service to guide customers through their shopping requirements, giving suggestions and advice on purchasing products ranging from gifts for a birthday to choosing the right outfit for a wedding. Appointments can be made in store and are held within our specially designed personal shopping suites. Consultations can take between 1 to 2 hours and are free of charge. As a Personal Shopper you will be there to deliver exceptional service standards and through your vast product knowledge will advise on all aspects of the customer shopping experience, maximising selling opportunities at all times. Building up a solid customer base will be essential and marketing of the service both within the store and the local area will be a key part of the role. Skills An enthusiastic and confident individual you will have exceptional interpersonal skills, which you can adapt to meet a range of customer needs and build rapport quickly. Creativity, innovation and organisation are also essential skills as well as having a strong commercial awareness. Experience You will also have a keen interest in fashion and regularly keep up to date with market trends and new innovations in retail. This is a fully flexible role and will require you to work up to 5 out of 7 full days per week for which rotas will be provided 4 weeks in advance (including weekends & bank holidays). The days and times for each shift may vary depending on the business needs. Occasionally we will close vacancies prior to the published expiry date if we receive high volumes of applications; therefore to avoid disappointment we recommend that you submit your application early.
