Bartender - The Lost & Found, Leeds
Part Time - Up to 35 hours per week
GBP7.20 per hour
We're looking for hardworking and brilliant bartenders to join our team.
The Lost & Found is perfect for any occasion. Serving up great food and drinks is what we love doing the most; whether its breakfast, lunch, after work drinks or party bookings - we aim to provide our customers with great premium products and the best customer service consistently.
The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, creative and hard working with a real flair and passion; not only for this industry but also for serving high quality food and drinks in a fast paced and fun environment.
Candidate will:
Have over a year's experience in a similar role in a bar/restaurant
Have exceptional customer service skills with a helpful and friendly can-do attitude
Have a real passion for serving high quality food and drinks with extensive product knowledge of our products
Be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
Be able to work quickly under high pressure whilst maintaining excellent standards
Be fun-loving, have a big personality and enjoy the culture that this industry offers

We are a high volume bar and we need people who are:
Strong minded individuals capable of working in a fast paced environment,
Quick learners with the ability to use your own initiative,
Able to work Friday & Saturday nights with late finishes, (taxis home I am afraid)
Able to integrate into an already established team,
Take direction and see tasks through to completion,
Have a high level of self motivation and seek to accomplish all tasks set,
Have high levels of spoken English and be able to communicate quickly and efficiently under pressure.
You will need a good knowledge of High end spirits, world beers and wines. You will be tested on your knowledge.
You will also need experience in the preparation and service of cocktails. You will be required to do a test and discuss your favourite drinks / bars / bartenders. We create all of our drinks menus here and you will be part of an established bar team that have produced some fantastic cocktails that we sell in a very busy bar. We have access to top equipment and are keen to develop more amazing cocktails using molecular mixology and good old fashioned cocktails as a base.
The job role will involve homework and also self motivation in order to achieve the tasks we will set you.
The work will be hard, but this is a fun and rewarding opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge. If you think you have what it takes then we want to hear from you!
