Senior Service Desk Analyst/Application Support - Legal experience required!
A Legal firm, based in central Bristol, are looking for the experience of a Service Desk Analyst/Application Analyst who has good knowledge of legal systems, such as iManage, VisualFiles, Metastorm, BigHand, Sharepoint, Timebuilder who is looking to advance their career.
Working in a newly formed team headed up by a new and inspiring IT Leader you will to work closely with IT Service Delivery and Application Integrators to ensure all applications are working efficiently.
Do you have working knowledge of?
- SQL Server
- Microsoft Windows/Citrix
- Active Directory
Do you have experience in ?
- Working in the Legal sector
- 1st and 2nd line support or Applications/Software support role
- Working closely with both internal IT teams and 3rd party providers
- Working with little supervision and resolving problems quickly and creatively

This is a technical hands-on role, so you will need to be able to prioritise your own workload, work closely to deadlines, and work with minimum supervision and under pressure. In some cases you will be the last line of support, so you'll need tenacity, creativity and excellent problem solving skills to get to a resolution.
