This brand is a new addition to the UK market, they are looking for incredible manager to help with their new opening in Bath. There is also lots of scope to progress to area manager very rapidly if you do well!

The Role:
Ensuring quality standards and performance standards across all operations
Training managers and advising the operations team on development needs
Recruiting your team
Competitor analysis and local marketing
Assisting and troubleshooting on new openings and problems locations
The Person:
Fun, friendly and outgoing!
An excellent background in management
Knowledge and experience of improving sales through the improvement if product lines and placement
Be keen and eager to learn new things
Passionate about customer service
Strong financial acumen
Experience of working in a diverse team of characters!
