The role
As deputy general manager you will be an integral part of the management team. You will be supporting the general manager and deputising in his/her absence, leading, coaching and motivating the team, and ensuring that guest satisfaction is maintained.
The person
A background in branded restaurants
Naturally driven and motivated individual
Experience at Assistant General Manager or Deputy General Manager level for at least 1 year
Excellent financial acumen
