A Cambridge 4 star City Centre Hotel is looking for a Receptionist at their four star property with 84 rooms, conference facilities, restaurant and bar.The RoleWe are looking for someone to join our clients' dedicated reception team in their beautiful 4* hotel in the centre of Cambridge. We require someone who is bright, personable and organised. You should have exceptional customer relations skills to meet their high standards and guest expectations. Main duties include:* Checking in/out guests* Looking after guests by answering queries* Carrying out individual requests* Giving local information * Keeping on top of general administrative duties.The PersonWhile previous experience of reception work would be preferred, we will still look at candidates from other fields as full training is given. It is essential that you have competent IT skills and previous experience with cash handling and dealing with the publicHours & SalaryAs Receptionist, you will work 39 hours a week between the hours of 7am and 11.30pm (Monday to Sunday).
