Our client based in North Bristol are looking for friendly and positive Customer Service Representatives to join their welcoming team within their Home Insurance Division.
Provide outstanding customer service, taking a variety of calls, including:
- New customers
- Existing customers
- Retaining those customers considering leaving
- Deal with policy amendments
- Provide quotations
- Process new policies

- You'll work on average a 37.5 hours a week (7.5 hours a day) and you will work in accordance with our opening hours which are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 9:00pm.
- The role also includes working 3 in 8 Saturdays and 2 in 8 Sundays between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm
