General Manager / Management Couple wanted for Expanding Family Friendly pub brand.

Our client is a small independent pub group searching for an experienced manager (s) to take on an existing successful site, due to promotion of the current manager.

The site promotes a family friendly offering in high quality surroundings. All the menus are 100% fresh including the kids menu, and they are aiming to promote family dining with quality pub food in an environment that welcomes the children without encouraging all the screaming associated with some family brands.

They are now looking for experienced managers who are able to take full responsibility for a site, the team, the P&L, and bring their own ideas to make the venue their own.

You must enjoy being the host, and motivating a team to keep service and standards at a level our customers have come to expect.

The successful candidate(s) will have a strong track record in successful food focused businesses, and will be an existing manager looking for a new challenge.

Key Skills must include:

Driving sales, and maximising profits.
Financial control of all aspects of the business.
Staff organisation, motivation, and training.
Full accountability for all aspects of hygiene and health and safety.
Kitchen experience advantageous. (They don't expect you to be cooking every day, but able to jump in when needed).
Cellar management.
Events organisation.
But above all, outstanding customer service skills.
