The successful Customer Care Assistant will beresponsible for making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, looking aftercustomers' specific needs whilst keeping high standards of cleanliness in thedining area and toilets, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.Establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers at all timesyou will keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction, alongsidetaking part in the planning and implementation of children's parties, coffeemornings, children's competitions and other special events as required.
Quite simply, you'll be working in their fast moving, highenergy environment and they're looking for a genuine smile plus an ability toconnect with customers and make them feel valued.
Confident in approaching and dealing with diverse groupsof people, candidates for this position will be friendly, courteous and helpfulbehaviour will come naturally to you and you'll work well as part of a team. Effectivecommunication skills are a must-have, including skills like attentivelistening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact. Candidates forthis position will need to understand the importance of maintaining highstandards of service as well as cleanliness.
