We are looking for a Junior Sous chef to join our team in Bristol.

The Bristol Canteen offers freshly prepared seasonal, local, organic and wild food, on an ever evolving menu.



Our ideal candidate will already have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a high volume kitchen environment working with fresh seasonal ingredients.



Reporting to the Head Chef & Sous Chef, the role involves assisting with the operational management of the kitchen as well as helping to inspire, coach and lead the team.
