Reporting directly into the export Team Leader, we are seeking a French speaking individual with good English skills. The successful candidate needs to be a good team player, self-motivated with a dynamic approach and able to work to targets. The role is very varied and comprises of the following tasks:

Day to day customer enquiries/requests via telephone and email.
Providing outstanding customer care and maintaining regular contact with customers
Upselling additional products to existing clients, for example, by introducing a new product range
Customer care phone calls outbound - to advise of promotional activity, pre-orders of new releases, offer substitutes or alternatives for failed product launch or out of stocks
Producing and distributing product listings
Booking entered orders onto the oracle system
Forecasting orders
Processing orders
Ensuring that all customers receive their orders in a timely fashion and problems are resolved professionally
Updating MS Excel Spreadsheets
Maintaining communication with the warehouse regarding orders and stock levels
Liaising with other departments regarding outstanding information and order troubleshooting
Liaising with the field agent regarding sales and targets
Send orders to picking -via order management - managing deliveries with customers and carriers
