As of June 30, 2016, Northern Trust Corporation had: • $122 billion in banking assets • $6.4 trillion in assets under custody • $906 billion in assets under management The key responsibilities of the role include (Font = Arial Small Bold): The Senior Account Manager works closely with Relationship Manager by providing feedback on trends/issues and implementation of plans for expanding existing relationships and broader business development. ?? Proactively monitor to ensure that all client deliverables are met across all product lines ?? Identify revenue generating/cost reducing client operational efficiencies ?? Participation in client meetings/presentations ?? Opening/closing/administration of clients' accounts ?? Maintenance of client legal filing and documentation requirements ?? Maintenance of Service Level Agreements and client Account Sheets ?? Project management of restructure or transition activity ?? Communication of any changes to the client relationship to the relevant parties at Northern Trust in a timely manner ?? To assist Relationship Managers with service reviews ?? Proactively work with client to automate manual processes and minimize risk where possible. ?? Organisation of client training ?? Preparation of presentations, meeting agenda's and client call reports Qualifications: Qualifications The successful candidate will benefit from having: ?? The ideal candidate will have a strong background within the financial services/asset servicing industry with proven client service skills and experience. ?? Knowledge of the client sector and asset servicing/related products ?? Dutch/Nordic language skills an advantage ?? Understanding of complex master trust and custody accounts. ?? General business knowledge and knowledge of accounting are required to oversee client transactions. ?? Analytical, problem solving, and organisational skills are required to identify and resolve client issues.
