We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Security Analyst to join our team to provide financial and operational support to the Head of Treasury and Financial Planning. The main responsibilities include maintaining the security charging status and valuation of properties supporting the company's funding. You will have the responsibility of managing the preparation of properties, procuring property valuations and managing the collection of information and statements. With your excellent liaison skills you will communicate with Trustees, lawyers, lenders as well as various departments and teams. You will maintain and develop the security database assets and liabilities register.
The Ideal candidate will have worked within a similar role previously or within financing assets and will have experience in a customer focussed environment. You will have a full current AAT membership (or equivalent) and a minimum of 4 GCSE grade C passes, including Maths and English (or equivalent). With excellent communications skills you will be able to develop good working relationships with stakeholders, lawyers, surveyors and land registry. With excellent database and Excel skills you will maintain high standards of work, be accurate, provide quality and work to deadlines efficiently.
All Merlin employees are required to undergo a DBS check every 3 years. The level of the DBS check varies depending on the role.
