The appointees will deputise for the Director, taking broad responsibility for delivering excellent customer focussed student services. Ideal candidates will have a track record of successfully leading service delivery teams with experience of developing strategy, overseeing cultural transformation and ensuring effective operational delivery. With a higher degree or relevant professional qualification at post-graduate level, ideal candidates will be innovative, have an enthusiastic and passionate approach, and bring creativity to their work.
