Red Recruitment are searching for an administrator to join a great company in Gloucester. You will be responsible for preparing client paperwork, making telephone calls to ensure accuracy and efficiently managing your diary.
Processing paperwork for all teams across the department.
Speaking to clients
Cross checking figures the day before completion, producing Bills and Statement of Account.
Dealing with any balance queries from Accounts.
Speaking to Financial Advisers regarding any fee queries.
- Daily management of diary
Send out letters to clients on completion
Assisting Teams by opening and closing files during quieter times (i.e. beginning of the month)
Checking post and ensuring the safe return of client's original documents
Starting salary for this role is ??15,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00
