Office Administration Supervisor - could also be put as a Customer Success Supervisor.

Are you a highly organised, efficient and accurate person seeking a position in a motivated, fast growing company?

The team at Eclipse Furniture are looking for an Office Supervisor to work in the busy office, dealing with all aspects of customer enquiries, orders and aftersales. The role is varied and interesting and could also involve supporting sales reps on the road, carrying out all aspects of administration work for them.

To be successful in this role the following are essential:

• Accuracy. If you are prone to making mistakes, this is not the role for you! You will be dealing with a lot of close detail that must be entered onto the computer system with 100% accuracy.
• IT skills. You will be working on a computer for a lot of the day and fast response to emails, maintenance of excel spreadsheets and other IT systems are a critical part of the role.
• Customer Service skills. You will be dealing with customers of all levels - blue chip companies through to SME businesses. A passion for delighting customers is paramount, especially when under pressure. Speed of response is key.
• Efficiency and Organisation. The role is busy. There is always a lot to do in a day and you need to be a fast, organised person to be successful in this role. Even when busy, responding to customer and sales rep requests quickly is critical!
• Proficient in reading and writing English. You need to be A1 at reading and writing English - particularly for longer emails that are sometimes required to resolve complex situations.

And last but not least!

• Bright and motivated! This is of paramount importance if you are to delight customers.

• Hours are TBC but either 07:30 - 17:00 or 08:30 - 17:00
