Yatton Hall Care Home is a 46 bed home for both older nursing and young physically disabled care situated in Yatton, Somerset. We have a team of trained nurses and care assistants providing personalised individual care to meet a range of needs. We cater for the young physically disabled, as well as for the older person, either on a respite period or longer term.We're located on Yatton High Street, close to the village shops and facilities, with easy access to the station for a 20-minute train ride to Weston-super-Mare.
This role reflects the changing care needs of residents and will provide our most promising Care Assistants with the opportunity to develop their skills and career whilst providing support to Registered Nurse(s) to meet a range of clinical needs.
The role is an enhanced care assistant role that will, after a period of extra training and competency assessment, provide clinical interventions to enhance the resident experience and the level of care residents receive under supervision of a registered nurse. Historically these clinical interventions would have been carried out by a registered nurse.
Based in a local Care Home near you. On a daily basis, you will support the nurse(s) to supervise and deliver excellent standards of care which promotes privacy and dignity, whilst enhancing independence, rehabilitation and personal choice.
