We are currently seeking a Sales Negotiator to join our team based in Yeovil, Somerset. The main purpose of this role is to work as part of a team to coordinate the marketing and sales of all new build and resale shared ownership, new build market sale, help to buy and any other disposals of property.



Within this role your main responsibilities will include effectively marketing shared ownership and outright sale properties to maximise income to the company; assisting with the preparation of marketing material and sending out details of new properties to customers on our database. You will also be expected to assist with the arrangements for advertising and marketing to promote properties via different mediums including website, social media sites, open event, email campaigns; find buyers in a position to purchase, arranging and attending viewings and assess applicants to purchase in accordance with policy and procedures.



The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role previously, will have a good level of general education and will ideally have an understanding of the mortgage and domestic property market. It would be advantageous for you to have experience of dealing with government agencies, consultants and external businesses along with experience of sales within a property related environment. You will be a strong communicator who can liaise effectively at all levels and you will have good negotiation skills along with demonstrating a warm and friendly nature with a tactful and professional attitude towards clients.



Resident Positive - We will guarantee at least two tenants an interview based on them meeting the essential criteria.



The closing date for this role is Sunday 18th December.

Interviews will be held on Friday 6th January.
