Job Description: Provide IT Project Management for prioritized key initiatives for the company and corporate team. Organize and manage IT related projects within the company PMI application (Daptiv) to ensure change initiatives are delivered to agreed standards (Quality, Time and Cost). Comply with the PMO and change management standards to ensure all projects have minimal production impacts.

IT Project Manager's duties and responsibilities:

• Manage projects to a successful conclusion (Quality, Time and Cost)
• Liaise with other parts of the business to ensure they are aligned with the IT strategy
• Work with the business community to ensure all issues are resolved as quickly as possible
• Support fellow IT colleagues to resolve technical problems
• Work closely with management to identify and enable change in the business
• Facilitate and support project implementations world-wide
• Support the corporation in identifying how IT can improve the business

The required IT Project Manager's knowledge, skills and abilities are as follows:

• Extensive experience of project management within IT
• An understanding of how a complex business operates including common interactions between departments
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM processes and functions, ideally background in IFS and MS Dynamics
• Familarity with change management and its effect on both organizations and individuals
• Knowledge of the concepts of project management including associated tools and techniques, formal qualification desirable (Prince 2, PMI, APM)
