The successful Customer Care Assistant will beresponsible for making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, lookingafter customers' specific needs whilst keeping high standards of cleanliness inthe dining area and toilets, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.Establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers at all timesyou will keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction, alongside takingpart in the planning and implementation of children's parties, coffee mornings,children's competitions and other special events as required. Quite simply, you'll be working in their fast moving,high energy environment and they're looking for a genuine smile plus an abilityto connect with customers and make them feel valued. Confident in approaching and dealing with diversegroups of people, candidates for this position will be friendly, courteous andhelpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you'll work well as part of ateam. Effective communication skills are a must-have, including skills likeattentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.Candidates for this position will need to understand the importance ofmaintaining high standards of service as well as cleanliness. With the abilityto maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productivelyis essential coupled with a smart and clean appearance.
