The role of Nurse Manager is critical to our success and we are currently looking to recruit for a full time position in our Male Mental Health pathway at our Essex hospital. As a Nurse Manager you will have managerial and operational responsibility for your wards and will ensure mechanisms are in place to support, develop and monitor all aspects of performance. You will be key to ensuring the delivery of operational excellence and pivotal to the delivery of high levels of nursing and care by providing day-to-day support and operational leadership. You will proactively monitor standards and lead innovative processes to improve quality and the operational management of your wards. A positive and strong leader who is able to set a clear and compelling vision for your teams, you will be a visible presence who influences and supports consistently great teamwork and a positive culture. You will lead by example and motivate your teams to provide exceptional levels of care to your patients. As an enthusiastic and positive change agent, your dedication, professionalism and communication skills will inspire others to also go the extra mile and display high levels of performance in even the most challenging situations.
