About the role

Due to increasing business we're urgently looking for more friendly people with a positive attitude who are committed to enabling vulnerable adults to lead fulfilling lives.

As part of our hard working and dedicated team, you will provide support to a wide range of people with learning disabilities, adopting a person centred approach when working alongside them. A Learning Disability Support worker will be respectful, promote independence and enable the customer to achieve their full potential. This would involve supporting individuals in their own homes, accessing the community or any settings their needs and choices may require.



About you

Following an agreed support plan you'll provide support and assistance with daily household tasks including cooking and cleaning and attend leisure/social activities our customers may have chosen to take part in. You may also need to provide personal care for some customers.

You will have a positive attitude and willingness to develop skills.Demonstrates a willingness to understand customer needs
