Our client is a provider of Telehealth services. They are seeking to appoint nurses with experience in managing COPD, Chronic Heart Failure, Hypertension or Diabetes to work in their clinical triaging centre in Yorkshire. You may have a background in primary or secondary care.
As a member of the clinical team you will be responding to computer generated alerts for patients who are being monitored. The successful applicant must have experience in managing one of the following conditions:
??????Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
??????Chronic Heart Failure
??????Hypertension
??????Diabetes
And ideally, have post-graduate qualifications in one or all of the long term conditions listed above.
In return, our client is offering:
??????Salary of GBP30k per annum for full-time position
??????Annual leave 28 days including Bank Holidays
??????Working day 09:00 ?????? 17:00 Monday to Friday
??????No evening or weekend working
??????Part time applicant considered
