Clinical Practice Educator - Oxford

Vacancy: Clinical Practice Educator Sector: Private Location: Oxford Hours: Permanent, Full Time - 37.5 hours per week Salary: GBP33,000 - GBP40,000 dependent on experience Are you a Senior Nurse who can demonstrate a broad clinical expertise? Are you a trained mentor with a qualification in Teaching and Assessment? TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Practice Educator to work within a leading private hospital in Oxford. Working with a not for profit hospital group that pride themselves on their Matron led care. The position will require you to work closely with all clinical and support staff on a daily basis ensuring a high standard of care is provided. You will also be responsible for implementing induction programmes for all new members of staff. As well as ensuring there are clear defined continuous development opportunities for all staff. The hospital is a busy 70 bed hospital that provides outpatient and inpatient care for a wide range of specialities including orthopaedics, ophthalmology, neurology and cardiology.
