Investment Customer Service
A great opportunity as arisen working for Hargreaves Lansdown based in the City Centre. Working within the Investment Help-desk Team as a Investment Help-desk Consultant you will work a 4 month fixed term contract. Depending on performance and vacancies available at the end of the contract this could result in a permanent position.
Answering inbound calls from clients and customers and replying to client letters and emails, your primary responsibilities will be to provide investment information and assistance to loyal and respected clients. You will also be expected to provide a polite and professional approach at all times.
You will provided with a 4 week training plan to ensure you have all the tools to complete the role to the best possible standard.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 09.30am - 12.30pm + one in three Saturdays (paid at time and a half).
