Customer Service Advisor - Beauty Industry
Do you have a passion for the beauty industry and working with luxury brands?
This exciting opportunity is working for a leading UK luxury retail brand within their Customer Care team in their busy Avonmouth offices.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from consumers to action orders, bookings and enquiries.
You will be required to make effective product and treatment recommendations to encourage consumers to purchase products and make bookings.
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably within a contact/call centre environment and ideally some knowledge of beauty products and treatments.
This is a perfect opportunity to move from retail into an office environment for dynamic, self-motivated and positive candidates
Working hours are Monday- Friday between 8am - 7pm
