This is an exciting opportunity for someone with HR experience to provide HR support to the small but growing charity Julian House.
With your excellent administration and people skills you will supervise the HR Administrator to help organise the smooth running of the people side of the organisation and give you the opportunity to make sure that all our colleagues have a seamless experience throughout their entire journey within Julian House.
No two days are ever the same in this role and you will need to be able to balance the need to focus on accuracy and processes with the ability to manage ad hoc request and tasks in a positive and people focused way.
