Can you offer commitment for a 5 month duration to this fantastic business?Due to recent growth within the business, my client is seeking the support of an experienced HR Administrator to work as part of the Human Resources department. The role will involve supporting the HR and Recruitment Management team with all aspects of employment lifecycle and HR/Recruitment administration.Based in central Bristol (BS1) my client is set in a lovely location close to the amenities of the city centre and park street. The offices are open plan and extremely modern with an onsite canteen that hosts fantastic views of central Bristol.The hours of work are 8.30am to 5.00pm and the salary for this position is ??18,000 - ??20,000 per annum (full time equivalent)As the HR Administrator for our client, you will need to have a friendly persona coupled with a 'can do' attitude.Duties will include:- Assisting with HR administrative processes, such as starters, onboarding, leavers, recruitment, payroll and HR database management.- Monitoring the HR inbox and acting as the first point of contact for general HR queries including incoming emails- Liaising with recruitment agencies- Assisting with the monthly reporting on management information- Administration of employee benefits including childcare, pension process, cycle to work scheme, travel loans etc- Project administration You will ideally have,- A good working knowledge of HR processes and administration- Excellent communication skills- Meticulous accuracy and attention to detail- The ability to deal positively with pressureIn return for your commitment and hard work, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of ??18,000 - ??20,000 depending on experience, plus a benefit package including:- Non contributory pension scheme from your first day- Life Assurance - x 4 basic pay- Income Protection- Wellbeing - ??50 a year to spend on a hobby, interest, pampering or something else to improve your wellbeing- 25 days (FTE) and bank holidays per annum- Childcare vouchersIf you feel that your experience and personality would suit our client's business, then please do either apply online to this vacancy or alternatively email me on Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
