Our client is a friendly and informal team of 20+ consultants. The role of Administration Assistant is brand new and will support the Administration Manager in a dynamic, supportive environment. The main purpose of this job is to support the consultants with the administration requirements of their work. As this is a new role it will grow and adapt as required. THE ROLE PA support for principal consultantsBooking travel and accommodation for consultantsConsultancy front-of-house, coordinate client visits, meeting roomsSupport Marketing Manager and Executive as requiredCollating expense claims for consultantsManage absence/sickness etc, ensuring timesheets and HR records matchFinancial processes such as revenue and breaking down costs and VATUpdating information to the CRM and database systemsEnsuring all project deliverables are captured in the correct standard at the end of projectsHelping the recruitment process by recording CVs and arranging interviews and feedbackReconciling the department credit cardRequesting client invoices and issuing with relevant documentation SKILLS An organised approach and excellent time management skillsAn accomplished multi-tasker, able to prioritise effectivelyA good level of MS Office, particulary Excel and OutlookGood communication skillsThe ability to think ahead and use initiativeThe ability to work well as part of a teamComputer literacy and good keyboard skillsA good level of English spelling and grammar5 GCSEs 'C' or above, with good A Level grades (or equivalent)Good numeracy skillsAccuracy and attention to detail THE PERSON A team player, able to work in an open plan office, which can be lively with debate at timesConscientious of the standard of their outputs and eager to help othersAble to manage ownworkload, and recognise what needs to take priorityAble to think on your feet, and deal with new situations that arise daily THE PACKAGE Annual Leave: 25 days in addition to all bank holidays. Individual annual salary review. Bonuses: 7.5% overall bonus + annual share distribution bonus + ad-hoc bonuses. Life Assurance: 4 x salary.
